Healthy® Unique?
Otherwise Healthy is presented in an easily transportable
6" by 9" three-ring binder. The crux of this organizational
system is a series of specially designed fill-in-the-blank worksheets
called "focusheets®." The focusheets are designed
to help elicit and record pertinent pieces of information necessary
to your medical care and well being. The binder format allows
the user to manipulate the focusheets within the book according
to the specific needs of the patient, and/or remove the pages
for duplication and sharing of information.
Each focusheet breaks down an overall job (i.e.
getting a second opinion) into more manageable "bite-sized"
tasks. At completion, the focusheet ensures that you posess the
necessary information to successfully complete that particular
phase of your journey. More importantly, it now frees you up to
concentrate on other important matters.
